How To Purchase Your Orders !

To place an order from us is easy and simple. We have provided for you here a guideline to assist you on how to make your orders :

1. All customers are required to browse our products and select the items they wish to purchase.
2. Contact us via email that is uptowngirls5b@gmail.com for statement of purchase.
3. We will reply to you stating to you that we are aware for some business transaction :D
4. Please make your payment via our Maybank account. The account number will be given upon our reply to you.
5. Send a proof of your payment via email. It's easy, just scan your payment slip and attach it via email.
6. Tracking number will be given after transaction is complete.
7. Our default courier is Pos Laju, therefore additional charges will be charged for postage that is RM 7. Your total payment will be stated in our reply.
8. The delivery process will take about 3-4 days so I advise you to be patient :)
9. End of process and now you're ready to wait for your parcel on your door step !

**Please make sure that you have made a solid choice of item. After payment is made, your are forbidden to ask for a refund or to ask for an exchange of product.
